-r nin anlamı restart

-s nin anlamı shutdown

-a nın anlamı abort tur  örneğin shutdown -s -t 15 yazdınız 15 saniye içinde shutdown -a yazarsanız kapatma iptal edilir.

Bilgisayar birimleri konusunda özellikle internet bağlantı hızları yüzünden değinmek istedim. Ülkemizde öyle ince kelime oyunları varki bu konuda insanı çileden çıkartıyor. Bu ölçü birimleri hakkında fikir sahibi olmayanlar kolayca kanıp, hızlı internet aldığını sanarak dünyanın parasını ödüyor internet servis sağlayıcılarına. Sağlayıcıdan kastım ilk başta lanet TTnet ardından superonline, smile, biri vb. gibi şirketlerlerdir.  Örnekler vercem ama önce bilgi vermem gerekiyor. Aşağıdaki bazı birimler ve sembolleri var. Biz bunlardan genel olarak Megabayt (MB) ve Megabit’i (Mb) konuşacağız.

Şimdi ttnet diyor ki 2011 ocak ayından itibaren 100mbps bağlantı hızı vericem. 100mbps derken neyi kastediyor? mbps’nin açılımı mega bit per second yani saniye başına düşen megabitten bahsediyor. Ama bizim bildiğimiz yani bak bi film 700mb dediğimizde ordaki mb megabayt oluyor megabit değil!. Kısaca biz megabayt kullanıyoruz megabit nedir bilmeyiz. Birazdan öğrenmiş olacağız, pezevenkler sayı fazla gözüksün hani fazla sayı daha hızlı gösterir hesabı ince bir harf oyunu yapıyorlar. Bizi ilgilendiren birim çevirmeler aşağıdaki gibidir ve olay da devamındaki gibidir;

1024 Kilobayt (kilobyte) = 1 Megabayt (megabyte)
1 Megabayt = 8 Megabit (8mbps)

şimdi bu bilgiye göre ttnet’in bağlantı hızlarını inceleyelim.

1mbps = 128kb
2mbps = 256kb
4mbps = 512kb
8mbps = 1024kb (1 megabayt)
16mbps = 2048kb (2 megabayt)
32mbps = 40926kb (4 megabayt)
64mbps = 8192kb (8 megabayt)

Yani ttnet sana 100mbps dediğinde sen saniyede maksimum 12,5 megabayt dosya transferi yapabilirsin anlamı taşıyor.

Hızlar bu şekilde, fakat ttnet amcamız altyapı yetersizliğinden mi yoksa Türk milletine eziyet çektirmek için mi bilinmez bize bu hızı garanti edemiyor. Santrale olan uzaklığa göre hız düşüyor. Mesela ben evde 4mbps kullanıyorum saniyede 400 kb anca indirebiliyorum. 512kb’ye ulaşamıyorum. Hadi bu o kadar önemli değil de bir de “adil kullanım kotası” adı altında bir kısıtlama varki tam skandal. Diyor ki; 8mbps’ye kadar hız veriyorum sana ama aylık 15 gb’den fazla dosya indirirsen bağlantı hızını düşürürüm. 10 film indirsen zaten yarısı gidiyor, internette geziyosun, video izliyosun, dosya alıp, dosya paylaşıyosun cayır cayır veri transferi oluyor 5 günde 15gb’yi rahatlıkla geçiyosunuz kalan günlerde internet hızı dünyanın hiçbir yerinde rastlayamayacağınız bir hale dönüşüyor. İşkence resmen. Limitli dedikleri internet paketlerinden bahsetmiyorum bile 4gb kota şaka gibi :)

Olay bunlardan ibaret. 2011 ile birlikte pahalı internetimize yeni paketler geliyor demiştim. Yeni fiyatları da gözden geçirelim:

100mbps’ye kadar denilen hız aylık 149 tl (100gb kotası var üstelik)
50mbps’ye kadar denilen hız aylık 109 tl (100gb kotası var üstelik)

100mbps’ye kadar diyor da çoğusu kullanamayacak yani saniyede kimse 10mb bile indiremeyecek:) Tahminlerimce santrale yakın olanlar saniyede maksimum yakalayabileceği veri hızı 3-4mb olcak. Belki ilk çıktığında bölgenizde çok kullanan olmayınca daha yüksek hızlara ulaşabilirsiniz ama telekom herkesi havuza soktuğu için kullanıcı artınca hız da bölünüyor.
